About Me
This work is personal.
Not because I have always lived it,
but because I didn't.
There was a time my mind never stopped.
I lived through anxious days and nights, caught in spirals I couldn't think my way out of, constantly trying to figure something out.

My system was always in fight-or-flight.

From the outside, I looked strong, independent, and high-functioning.
I was overriding myself at every turn.
I outsourced decisions, second guessed what I felt, and lived in a kind of quiet overdrive. I was living, but not really my life.

Eventually, my body began to reflect that. The misalignment was no longer just mental. I could feel it in my physical body, and I knew I couldn't keep going the way I had been.
So when life opened a door I didn't think I had asked for and gave me something my mind didn't want but my body needed, I walked through it.
It was uncertain, uncomfortable, and disorienting in a way I couldn’t plan my way out of. For the first time, thinking harder wasn’t going to save me.

What changed everything was not a better strategy, but learning how to be in my body again.
I began to recognize what was actually true for me, stop overriding my own signals, and create a sense of safety in my nervous system without relying on control. As I learned to move energy instead of holding it, I started to come back to myself in a way I could actually feel.

If you had known me ten years ago, you might not recognize me.
But this is not a different version of me. It is me without the layers of pressure, constant override, and patterns that kept me small.

Now I move through life differently.
I have more freedom in how I choose and live, a deeper sense of belonging in myself, and an energy I can actually feel in my body.
I am more creative, more open, and more at ease. I am still strong, but no longer operating from force.

This is not just my story.
I see this pattern in many different people, from high performers to creatives to those in transition or deep inner work.
It does not always look like anxiety.
Sometimes it looks like:
-
success paired with quiet disconnection
-
being in transition, unsure what to trust
-
being deeply self-aware, but still stuck
-
stress or simply feeling like something is off
Different lives, but often the same underlying dynamic. A nervous system that learned safety through control, and a body that is no longer being heard.

I did not have a manifestation problem.
I had a body that could not hold what I actually desired. So I stayed safe, played small, and overrode what I knew. From the outside, you would not have seen that.
This is the work I do now.
I help people reconnect with their bodies in a way that is real, practical, and usable.
I don’t fix or give answers. I help catalyze the shifts that happen when people start listening to what’s already within them.
So they can stop overriding themselves, and move through life with more clarity, freedom, and energy to support what they truly want.
